QR Code Link to This Post Hello, I have a room for rent in a three bedroom house. It's in an amazing location by downtown Raleigh and I-40 with easy access to Cary, Durham, and RTP. I've found it incredibly quiet, safe, and laid back here. About me I'm very clean, responsible, and easygoing. Would like to find the same in a roommate. The rent is $600/month and its all-inclusive with gas, electric, water and awesome high-speed internet. It's a great deal for the downtown area where rents are astronomical. My last apt on Hillsborough st downtown wanted $750 per person for an apt with a tiny kitchen, one bathroom and the building was 95 years old! This costs way less and we have an entire house with a huge kitchen and multiple bathrooms. We also have a nice front porch and yard and back deck with a big, lush, wooded backyard with a large storage shed and huge fire pit. There are also two parks, a music venue/bar, Trophy Brewing, and several beautiful Greenway running trails within walking distance in our neighborhood. Looking for someone to fill the room asap.!
